Natural Tech

It is uncertain if Tech E's front torso was not meant to be colored at all based out of very few official references where he didn't wear the hero suit, then again there where instances where his hair would either be loose or resembling the spike on his head when he wore the suit, but I figured that could just be continuity errors in character designs with minor details such as how Wile E would have some minor differences in design as well. So I guess I just went ahead and did in my style.
